1. The service

Plag & AI Reports checks documents you upload and returns two PDF reports: a similarity report and an AI-content report. Reports are produced with established third-party detection software and reviewed by our team before delivery.

2. Accounts

• You need an account to buy credits and upload documents.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.

3. Credits and payment

• One credit covers one document and includes both reports.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Kenyan shillings by card through Paystack, at the rate shown at checkout.
• Credits do not expire. Bonus credits from offers work the same way as paid credits but have no cash value.
• If you delete a document before its reports are delivered, the credit returns to your account.

4. Your documents

• Upload only documents you own or have permission to share.
• You keep all rights to your documents. We use them only to produce your reports.
• Do not upload unlawful material or material that infringes anyone's rights.

5. How to read the reports

A similarity percentage shows overlap with other sources and is not by itself evidence of copying. AI-content results are estimates that can include false positives and false negatives. Use the reports as one input alongside your own judgement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with any rules that apply to you, including the policies of your school, employer or publisher. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to deliver reports quickly, but turnaround can vary. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
