What we collect

• Your name, email address and a securely hashed password, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
• The documents you upload and the reports we return.
• Payment records: amount, date and Paystack reference. We never see or store card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and the time you last visited, used to run notifications and support.

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your reports and email you about your account.
• To answer your messages in the help chat, by email or on WhatsApp.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your documents for anything other than your reports. Your documents are not added to any public or shared comparison database.

Who can see your files

Only you and our team. Card payments are processed by Paystack under its own privacy policy. Email is sent through Google.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your help chat. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

Files stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete any document and its reports, or your whole account, from your account pages. Deleting removes the files from our server. Backups are overwritten within 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be corrected or deleted. Please email plagandaireports@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
