Refund policy

Short version: unused credits can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, and any credit spent on a file we cannot process is returned automatically.

Unused credits

If you bought credits and have not used them, you can ask for a refund of those unused paid credits within 48 hours of the purchase. Bonus credits are not refundable.

Files we cannot process

If we cannot produce reports for a document, for example because the file is damaged or password protected, we return the credit to your account. You can also delete a file yourself before its reports are delivered and the credit comes back straight away.

Problems with a report

If a report is missing, incomplete or attached to the wrong file, contact us and we'll fix it or return the credit.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving credits, send us the Paystack reference and we'll add the credits or refund the extra charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Paystack. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
